Our “everything on board” double-head drilling rig
The ROTOMAX XL GTC double-head drilling rig combines the powerful components of the GT series into a single drilling rig and is complemented by a rod container. The container is integrated directly into the drilling rig and with short set-up times it promises economical and efficient working. The container has space for up to 200 m of drill rods and 68 m of casing. The handling system developed by GEOTEC – the SAV magnetic adapter – ensures that the rod and the casing are forwarded efficiently to the drilling axis.
The powerful 4-cylinder turbo diesel engine with 106/130/140 kW and Stage 5 from Perkins provides reliable drive. The optional remote control is highly convenient for the drilling rig driver and allows him to control the machine precisely from a safe position.
